This is Shane from Mt. Park. I know that, more often than not, folks use the chat pages to complain. I don't mind the constructive criticism, it's usually beneficial and we're not above it, but some of the stupid stuff hurts and i know that it's best for me to just let it roll off my back but the post started by "dragster2010" on Chris Butcher's site (subject: Mt. Park) has really got to me. It states that the track owner cussed out several folks in the lanes during the July 30 event, and around a bunch of kids at that! I know that it wasn't me, Jared, Dallas, Cecil, Jason, Joey, or anybody else who I've asked and I know if it had been one of them they'd own up to it. Jared and I are the track owners so was it employees, maybe someone totally unaffiliated? What i really want to know now is; who is dragster2010 so i can phone them and ask them in person who it was, or if they simply made it up or dreamed it. Either way it's one thing to give your opinion on a chat page, and we realize they're normally negative, but it's another to state lies as fact at someone elses expense. Too many people believe everything bad that they read on these things just because it's bad. Call me dragster2010, i'm not a member of Chris's site but I've seen it on someones laptop and you need to tell me what happened in person or have the decency to take down the post! It's easy to burn a bridge, it's quite another to rebuild one.
