I just got in! I guess third times the charm. I tried getting in at Bristol and Norwalk and couldnt make it. Chris got in to the one at Norwalk. Man I cant wait! ;D

Must be different than Norwalk...did you have to buy spectator tickets also....$40 = spectator tickets?

I bought the driver entry and 2 spectators. I saw somewhere on there where you didnt have to buy the spectators for driver only. I knew that I would need a spectator or two anyhow.

Chris, heres the number if you only need a driver entry. Let me know what you decide. I just went ahead and bought 2 because I knew someone would be wanting to go.

I'm in! So is Chuck (70 Mustang) and several of my friends locally AND my BBF buddies on the BBF Forum. This is going to be FUN. Those that made it in, post your ET's My car runs 9.50's to 9.60's in the 1/4 At least it DID with the C4. I'm switching to a glide and custom 9" converter. It may pick up or go slower  I'll find out next month! congrats and good luck! |

When it gets time to head out let me know and we might travel up together if we can.
I am going to run juice every pass, so if anyone has any extra bottles around this time I may need one or two. i guess they have a fillup station dont they?
Best ET to date is 10.40 131mph1/4 and 6.68 1/8 at 102mph through the mufflers.

I would love to go to Gateway also,but gonna wait untill a few schedules come out,then may try to get in if any spots are left,dont think Gateway is filling up as fast as Norwalk did....12 minutes....WOW.

I should be in the 9.70's base on the calculator. Not been on1/4 with this setup.

I could probably go in the 9.70-9.80 range with the spray,but not gonna spray it,should run 10.30-10.40 without spray.

A few of my BBF buddies live in Missouri but i haven't heard if they made it through registration. |

We are planning on leaving Thursday and meeting up with some friends that are leaving from Owensboro. Not really sure what time we are leaving yet but I will let you know in the near future. I may start a Contact list so we can all stay in touch and find each other. Would be nice if we ALL could pit together. New projected ET for my car. The new 2 speed tranny and 9" converter picked my car up 0.11 seconds so I'm guesstimating it will run in the 9.38 to 9.45 range. Will know for sure the next time I'm at Clay City 8-) |

I did hear though that they line you up when you get there outside the gate and your pit spot is based on that. I dont know if its true or not, just heard it through someone.
