did anyone even show up at bluegrass sat. nite? friend of mine came from lake about 8:30 or so and not very many there.whats up with this track?

I think they had to call the race of after Mike Mcdowell had a bad crash and tore the wiring up they said he wasnt hurt to bad,but totaled his car!

That name sounds familur?
Anyone know what happened?
They did infact call it and will complete it next weekend, (this weekend)

Bluegrass had 37 s/pro and 17 f-brake not bad when 10-15 were at Clay City.
and ya Mike McDowell drives a marerick,he lost some fluid when he left the line and took a hard right and went into the guardrail and cought the blinder on the top of the tree ripping it off as it was bolted to the tree and tore all the wiring out of the tree,nothin they could do but call it,they are gonna finish were they left off this sat then run the other race after that.
nobody is getting any car right now dont know why but i guess there just to many track around...30-35 top/s-pro is a good turn out and 20 footbrake has become the number in that class also....dont know whats going on no a days....i tihnk Bluegrass did the right thing droping the purse as it didnt hurt the car count at all and the can have a better shot at making money,personally myself i think Mt.Park needs to do the same thing also....$1000 top,$500 f-brake.

that turn out isnt bad it was just odd that there was not many there at 8 didnt know about the crash.i think the hot weather don't help things any. about the money i think they should pay to show up!lol that way i could earn some.

they hadnt even started 1st rd at 8 so there was a decent car count at that time...time runs didnt start till 5.30-6 pm.
