Am I the only one that thinks the entry was way to high for footbrake this past weekend. Either the entry was to high or footbrake just isnt going to get a big crowd. Everyone knows Kenmor stone is coming up. I am not saying everyone but alot and I mean alot will not be there this year because of the footbrake class. I know mp says it is because of the finals. Years in the past they didnt make everyone use transbrakes. I think they have shot off both feet making ken mor footbrake. Whats every one else think. I have not missed the bluegrass nationals in 20 years, I think i will this year. Just something to talk about not trying to stir anything up. If Demossville sets out of the Bluegrass nationals how many cars are left?? I think the answer is another cut purse.

if your talking about Bluegrass Fleming, they had 27 footbrake cars and 52 box cars(which 4 of them broke and got break pass`s)....thats why it payed more money.
Sunday had 24 cars and payed $800 and $400 and box was about 50 cars paying $1800 and $500.
the bottom line is neither track done worth a chit this weekend and thats all you can say.
i`ve told Bluegrass to quit paying big money and pay less and a smaller entry and they would get more cars, when the dropped the weekly purse it didnt hurt them at all,it more than likely put a little more money in there pocket.
look at Tri-State the had a 3 day race for $100 that payed $1000,$1500,$2000 and had around 300 cars total....NUFF said!!!!!

it don't matter to me if they go back to trans brakes or not as long as we get the cars to pay the purse, and if they start getting the cars then maybe they can have alot more bigger races for nobox, but they need to advertise it more in advance also

If you payed your own entry and ran footbrake you would know what the topic is about. 80 bucks for 1500 you think that is a good deal. I think it is highway robbery. Correct me if I am wrong on you entries, but I would say you have help paying the bill.

anyone that says there not in it for the money is crazy,no your not gonna make a living but you do like to win some decent money when you pay a bigger entry fee......i will tell you one thing i`m in it for the money, not trying to pay the bills with it but when i go to the track every weekend i got to win the winners puse and nothin else....ya its fun no doubt.
