I just come from the track the water is in the field behind the tower I dont think it will get any closer to the buildings, below is from WLEX TV

IF YOU ARE IN AREAS AFFECTED BY THE FOLLOWING FORECAST TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS. THIS INCLUDES MAIN STREET IN DOWNTOWN CLAY CITY...PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 15...POMPEII ROAD...AND MAPLE STREET. THIS CREST COMPARES TO A PREVIOUS CREST OF 24.1 FEET ON JUNE 1 2004.

Statement as of 11:05 PM EDT on May 03, 2010
The Flood Warning continues for the Red River at Clay City. * At 10:15 PM Monday the stage was 23.1 feet. * Flood stage is 17.0 feet. * Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * Forecast... the river crested at 23.4 feet at 7 PM Monday evening. The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by Wednesday morning. * At 23.0 feet... major flooding begins. Some residences are inundated with many roads blocked.. this crest compares to a previous crest of 24.1 feet on June 1 2004.

They should water is going down all roads should be open Wed,it didn't get close to the track just got close to the storage building behind the tower 8-)
